  1. Important info in this video. I became aware of this ‘sitting too much’ two years ago during a visit with my doctor so I changed my routine. Since I do sit for six to eight hours a day writing at my computer, I set a timer and get up and walk for 15 minutes each hour. Plus, I ride my bicycle between 12.5 and 26.5 miles at least three times a week (weather permitting). When I can’t ride, I walk for 1.5 miles. Not sure if that’s enough to thwart the downside to sitting addressed in this video but I’m hopeful. Thanks for posting this.
